Organise your exercises into categories. Customizable at-a-glance details of each exercise. Mark exercises as completed. All actions (changing categories, marking an exercise as completed, highlighting an exercise, and opening an exercise or its attached note) can be accomplished using the five-way controller of the palmOne™ Tungsten™ range. The customisable display lets you hide the "set" and/or "rep" labels to allow more space for the exercise description; and automatically group all your completed exercises together at the bottom of the list, or make them disappear form the view completely. After your workout simply tap "Clear" to reinstate the completed exercises. Quickly enter and update details of your weight training (resistance) exercises. For each resistance exercise, weight values can be entered in kilograms, pounds, or "plates" if you are using a machine that uses plates of unspecified weight. Kilogram and pound values can be increased in increments of 1, 2.5 or 5, while plates can be increment by half or whole amounts. Log your cardiovascular exercises, such as rowing or cycling, along with one or more attainment goals: the duration in minutes, the distance in either kilometres or miles, and/or the level to achieve (or to set your machine to).
